Cheesecake


My professor asks us to post on our own site two times in a week, regarding our own topics. Let us start with Cheesecakes. I can cook almost any dishes such as Fiji Indian, Italian, American and Chinese. In my last two years in Buffalo, I have taught myself how to make different kinds of cheesecakes for example Caramel Pecan, Walnut Praline, Autumn, Coconut Cream, Double Chocolate with Raspberry sauce and Tempting Trifle Cheesecakes. These are all different kinds of cheesecakes. I like to eat baked or bath cheesecakes. The Double Chocolate Cheesecake with Raspberry sauce and Tempting Trifle Cheesecake are my favorite. I made these several times. When Thanksgiving comes I always make Pumpkin Cheesecake. Starting my lesson with a dessert this is as good as it can get.

Wow, I was not even aware there were that many different kinds of cheesecake. I just thought your could put fruit on top of a regular piece of cheesecake. Even though I am a little ignorant to the kinds of cheesecake I was wondering if there was such a thing as a healthy cheesecake?
